On the southeast coast of Naxos, 33 kilometers away from Chora there is the picturesque fishing village of Appollo. It’s a beautiful little village offering an equally beaurifuk beach, while its round-the-year inhabitants barely come up to 100. In the entrance of the village there is a Kouros statue depicting Appollo. It is laying on the ground and is estimated to be more than 2500 years old.
In Appollo village you will be able to find some remarkable taverns, where you will have the chance to taste fresh fish and seafood.
